Coach Brad brings over seven years of softball coaching experience, working with teams from 8U to 13U across recreational and high C/low B travel levels. As an engineer, he brings a logical, data-driven mindset to the field—using statistics and measurable feedback to help players understand and improve their performance. Passionate about coaching and youth development, Coach Brad encourages hard work, dedication, and continuous growth. He helps create a positive, competitive environment built on fairness, teamwork, and respect for the game.

Coach Mike brings dedication, experience, and heart to the Romeo Peaches 14U coaching staff. A proud father of two Armada students, he has spent the past four years coaching youth softball across 10U, 12U, and 15U levels with Armada Girls Softball—most recently as head coach of a 15U team.

With 15 years of experience in healthcare, Coach Mike is grounded in a people-first mindset that translates seamlessly into his coaching style. He believes in fostering individual growth, teaching fundamentals, and building team chemistry—helping every player gain confidence and achieve their personal goals.

Coach Mike is excited to support the continued success of the Peaches program and looks forward to a season of growth, development, and fun on the field.

Coach Jay brings four years of head coaching experience with the CMGFL Pirettes, where he worked with athletes across the 10U–13U age groups in the recreational league. His coaching style is fun, competitive, and development-driven, with a strong focus on patience, fundamentals, and helping players grow both on and off the field.

Jay’s daughter Sabrina is joining the Peaches family this season as she makes the jump into travel ball — and we’re thrilled to have them both on board. The Hagers are a true softball family.

Outside of coaching, Jay is the owner of All Pizzazz Painting LLC, a small business based in Macomb, MI. He and his wife Jill have been married for 27 years and have two children: Blake (22) and Sabrina (13).
