Coach Amber is a passionate coach, proud mom of two daughters, and lifelong softball player who brings heart, energy, and experience to the Romeo Peaches coaching staff. From growing up on the field to raising athletes of her own, Amber’s journey in the game spans decades—and she’s just getting started.

As a coach, Amber is dedicated to creating a positive, encouraging environment where young athletes can learn, grow, and gain confidence—both on and off the field. She believes in coaching the whole player: developing strong fundamentals, fostering team spirit, and helping each girl find joy in the game.

Amber is also deeply committed to being a strong female role model in youth sports. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of players through mentorship, leadership, and a love for the game that shines through in every practice and game day.

With Coach Amber, the focus is always on growth, positivity, and empowering girls to believe in themselves. The Romeo Peaches are proud to have her leadership and heart guiding our athletes forward.

Coach Dan comes to the Peaches with several years of experience coaching 8U–11U Little League, minors and majors (including districts), and 11U–12U travel softball. He’s especially strong in the areas of warm-ups, strength and conditioning, and designing practice plans and drills that fit female athletes at this age and skill level. On game days, he’s active on the field as both a base coach and bench coach, keeping players focused, prepared, and confident.

Dan’s coaching style is firm, fair, and very hands-on. He sets clear expectations, believes in hard work, and is committed to teaching skills until players truly master them—while still keeping the environment positive and team-focused.

Player safety is also a big priority. Coach Dan has been CPR and first-responder trained within the last three years and builds injury prevention into his training through proper physical fitness and smart warm-ups.

In addition to coaching, Dan is an MHSAA, NFHS, USSSA, and USA-certified umpire in both baseball and softball, with softball as his primary focus. That background gives him a strong understanding of the rules and the flow of the game, which helps our athletes learn the “why” behind what they do on the field.

Although his daughter plays on the 13U Peaches, Coach Dan is clear that his role is about the entire team, not just one player. He believes that team success is built brick by brick—through hard work, dedication, a willingness to learn, and a fun, competitive environment.

Coach Jillian is a local high school student who joins the Romeo Peaches as a Student Assistant Coach, bringing fresh energy and a great connection with our athletes. She helps with drills, warm-ups, and one-on-one skill work.

As a current player herself, Jillian understands what it’s like to learn, grow, and compete in today’s game. She’s patient, encouraging, and always ready to jump in and demonstrate or cheer an athlete on.
