CLUB GOALS
Skill Development Objectives:
Mastering the Basics: Keep building those core softball skills—throwing, catching, batting, and base running. The more you practice, the sharper you get!
Position Power: Dive deep into the skills that make you a pro at your position. Whether you’re owning the infield, dominating the outfield, pitching like a champ, or catching every curveball, let’s make you a star in your spot.
Teamwork and Communication:
Communication is Key: Get ready to talk it out on the field! Whether you’re calling for the ball, cheering each other on, or strategizing in the moment, strong communication keeps the team tight.

Parent coaches are deeply invested in the development and success of the team, not just as mentors but as role models who understand the values of teamwork, respect, and hard work. By involving parents, we strengthen the bond between athletes, coaches, and families, creating a unified support system both on and off the field.
Parent coaches bring a unique sense of ownership and dedication, creating a positive, inclusive environment where every player is valued and nurtured. This approach fosters not only athletic growth but personal growth, ensuring that our athletes thrive in a space that feels like home, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and teamwork.
All coaches undergo a universal background check and complete mandatory training on concussions.
