The Romeo Peaches Softball Club proudly embraces a diverse coaching staff made up of both parent and non-parent coaches because we believe in the power of community, commitment, and trust. Our coaches are deeply invested — not just as instructors, but as mentors and role models who emphasize teamwork, respect, and hard work.
Parent coaches bring a unique sense of connection and personal investment, while non-parent coaches offer additional perspective, experience, and objectivity. Together, they create a well-rounded and balanced environment that benefits every athlete.
